About

I recently completed a Master’s degree in Creative Writing at Oxford Brookes University, where I improved my craft and continued my current novel in progress. I love writing short stories (some of which you can find here), as well as longer-form fiction novels.

Prior to this, I finished my degree studying Modern and Medieval Languages (French and German) at Christ’s College, University of Cambridge, where I was awarded a First. I also studied Portuguese for a year during my degree, have worked in Paris as an intern in a production agency and spent a semester at the University of Konstanz in Germany. Prior to Cambridge, I studied the International Baccalaureate and received a 7 in both French and Spanish Higher Level, as well as a 6 in an additional Mandarin ab initio certificate. I’m also currently studying Italian for fun!

When I’m not writing, I enjoy teaching languages. Having taught French and Spanish for the last six years (since the age of fourteen), I’m an experienced tutor and am keen to continue tutoring as I move forward. I’m available to tutor online in French and Spanish up to GCSE, A-Level/Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate level, and German up to GCSE standard. If you want to get in touch about tutoring, please contact me via the form here.
